The video very much portrays a picture of this society, where the fairy-tale "xmas" characters win over the Christmas story and the meaning behind it. We live in an overly commercialised society, particularly over the Christmas period, which can lead us to be distracted. The video ends questioning which set of Christmas characters you will let win over the next festive period, and I will do the same here...
